I have included information about the architect, Al Beadle, in other articles. He has the distinction of not only an Internationalist style, but also the designer of the only Case Study structure outside the State of California, this being the Case Study Apartments #1, also known as Triad. Beadle is very familiar to me, in so much that I live quite near several of his buildings.
As an example of Beadles’s style in residential buildings, here is Beadle Residence 13, Shelor Residence:
The above residence is just one example of the beautiful dwellings by Al Beadle. Many rival the brilliant designs of many of the famous Case Study Houses. Particularly striking and one which strikes such admiration is White Gates. Nestled along the slope of a mountain, White Gates gleams like a pearl in the desert sun of Phoenix:

Paradise Gardens has become a modern, vibrant neighborhood in Phoenix. Later Beadle disassociated himself from the development, but this film gives ideas as to the styles involved in mid-century modern housing in the southwestern United States:
